First time using this company and very pleased with service. All communication was prompt and responsive. Driver texted the day before to confirm and introduce himself. Jamal, our driver, was on-time, professional and friendly. He did an amazing job navigating the crazy traffic in and out of Dodger Stadium for an Elton John concert. He was an excellent driver.

I had a great experience from start to finish. Beginning with them answering my call and assuring me that for a flat rate a driver would be waiting for me when arriving at LAX. My plane was 4 hours late but Dili arrived promptly and drove me 4 hours in rush hour traffic back to my home in Palm Springs.
I will use them again.

Both of our drivers were incredible going to LAX and our return back. Dilhani and Nishantha were our drivers, and both were so helpful and accommodating throughout the process making traveling so much more enjoyable. Definitely recommend and will be utilizing this service in the near future.

Hired Socal for LAX pickup, to our hotel and then to the Forum. Great experience from my request for a price until our service was over! Their responses were quick and everyone was very courteous. Our driver was on time and very polite. I would def use them again.

June 19, 2021 had a 4:30 AM pick up from my home to LAX received excellent customer service. Nish Arrived Five minutes early which was great we were out front waiting for him very polite he went the extra mile to make sure all of our luggage was loaded carefully an organized. Very nice guy we really enjoyed our drivers SoCal executive car service do you have a great team member on your staff I highly recommend this place. Nish keep up the great job that you are doing. I hope he's our same driver when we return back to SoCal. Also I would like to complement Niki for Accommodating me when I needed to change some information regarding a pick up. Nikki provided excellent customer service she went the extra mile to make sure we had the correct vehicle for the amount of luggage we needed room for an order to be picked up and arrive at LAX. Wow what an amazing car service! They are so focused on the customers. Their drivers are reliable, accommodating, and friendly. We used them to fly out of LAX and to go back home from LAX. Our two drivers, Cesar and Osada, were truly top notch. Cesar got us to LAX in rush hour traffic on time. Osada waited for us to arrive at LAX after a 3 hour delay and he welcomed us with a friendly smile knowing how exhausted we were. Osada even went to our house the following day to return a bag we had accidentally left behind. The staff on the phone always helped me with any questions I had and made sure that I always felt at ease. They are truly an example of what superior customer service looks like. There is no question in my mind that we will use them again and again. Thank you SoCal Executive for everything.

Great trip with SoCal Executive Car Service. They were the best price and the driver was on time and friendly-his name was Nishantha. We ended up with an upgraded vehicle-large black SUV. Ride was smooth and I would use them again in a heartbeat.

They were great - took my call at 4 am since I hadn't heard from Uber. Agreed to take me last minute to air port. Nice cars, clean, driver friendly and good driver. I will definitely be using them in future instead of Uber.
